I’d say it was worth it for me. The prices felt fair and I got decent value out of it, so no real complaints there. I mean, it’s not like I was blown away or anything, but also I’m weirdly happy with what I paid for.

I had a question about my order and wasn’t sure how fast they’d reply, but customer service got back to me quickly. They were nice about it too, which always helps. It did take a little back and forth to get everything sorted, but the answers were clear enough, and in the end I felt good about how they handled it. So yeah, happy overall.

The delivery showed up later than expected, and there was actually one chair missing from the order. I reached out to support, but it took longer than I hoped to get everything sorted out.

I had to return a chair because it arrived with a small defect. To be fair, the return process was simple — they replied quickly, sent me the label, and the refund showed up a few days later. The warranty part was easy too, so there wasn’t much stress. I just thought they would at least say sorry for sending out a defective item, but overall the return itself went smoothly.

We’ve been using it pretty much every day, and so far it still feels solid. No wobbling, no weird scratches or cheap-feeling parts, which was the main thing I was worried about.

For the price, I’m happy with it. I was half expecting some catch, but it’s been holding up well, and I’d probably order from them again if I needed another piece
